What this site is
Information about buying and selling real estate in the Black Hills. It is not legal, tax, financial, appraisal, engineering or inspection advice. Nothing here is an offer to buy or sell real property where prohibited by law. All information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and should be independently verified.
Text messaging terms
By texting us, or by giving us your mobile number and asking to be contacted by text, you agree to receive text messages from Alexandra Odom's team about your inquiry.
- Message frequency varies. Messages respond to a conversation you started.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's charges are yours.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call (605) 608-9099.
- Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of any real estate service.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Some replies are handled by an assistant that is AI. It is not a licensed agent and does not give licensed advice; anything requiring a licensed opinion goes to Alex or to a lending professional she works with.
The agency relationship
Using this site, texting, or calling does not by itself create an agency or client relationship. A written representation agreement does that.
Fair housing
We follow the Fair Housing Act and South Dakota law. We do not steer, and we do not discuss neighbourhoods in terms of race, colour, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, disability, or any other protected class. Equal Housing Opportunity.
