- What you tell us about what you are looking for, so we can actually help with it.
- Basic, non-identifying usage information from this website.
We do not ask for, and do not want, financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or documents of that kind through this website or by text.
Text messaging
We will never sell, rent, or share your mobile number or the contents of your text messages with anyone for their own marketing. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. That is true whether or not you ever opt out.
- Texting is answered by Alexandra Odom's team. Some replies are handled by an assistant that is AI, and that is disclosed to you.
- You opt in by texting us first, or by giving us your mobile number and asking to be contacted by text.
- Message frequency varies. Messages are sent in response to a conversation you started.

Who we share information with
Only where it is needed to do the work you asked for: our brokerage, and service providers who run our phone, text, email and scheduling systems under contract. We may disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to serve you and to meet South Dakota real estate record-keeping requirements, and then we delete it.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Contact us using the details below and a person will handle it.

Changes
